With different structure and working principle, there are many types of crusher of different capacity in dealing with various ores. For enlarging crusher’s application scale, we upgraded it with dry and wet functions. We will introduce wet crushing advantages and applications as follows.

 

There are two main advantages in wet crushing for green and environment that extend production time and productivity.

1：Added some water in material for less dust and protecting workers’ health and environment.

2：Traditionally, dry crushing will have clogging condition in rain day for material clinging in the chamber that influences machine operation and productivity. With wet crushing, it can have high productivity and economic interest in rain day.

How to make crusher into wet crushing? Traditionally we always adopted grid in discharging, which is the main cause of clogging. We can change grid into adjustable liner to control material size with easy and quick control, less wear, and fewer clogging even with wet materials. Hence, we can install shower in inlet that can have some water (less than 15%) before feeding into crushing chamber. Attentions, if you adopt wet crushing method, please don’t equip pulse bag deduster in case of clogging bag and reducing dedusting efficiency.
