DLD series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a crushing equipment developed and designed by Zhongyu Dingli for many years engaged in crushing industry, on the basis of design, production, sales, experience and market demand.
The horizontal shaft rotates under the drive of the motor, and the eccentric sleeve rotates through the gear. The eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to do conical swing, and the fixed cone forms continuous extrusion to achieve the purpose of breaking stones. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can be made to move up and down, so as to control the size of the ore discharge port, and then achieve the purpose of adjusting the size of the product particle size. The hydraulic cylinder has the function of over-iron protection, when there are unbreakable objects into the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder controls the moving cone fall, the unbreakable objects fall out, the moving cone automatically recover, the equipment will return to the normal working state.
Zhongyu Dingli single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts spiral bevel gear drive, higher bearing capacity, more stable transmission, and lower noise.
Different from the traditional cone crushing method, the laminated crushing principle is adopted, which not only improves the yield and efficiency, but also optimizes the particle shape of the product, making the partical shape form a cube.

The bearing capacity is large, the anti-adhesion ability is strong, the adaptability to harsh working conditions is strong, the operation equipment is stable, the lubrication bearing adopts the oil wedge design, the lubricating oil film formed between the shaft and the bearing, avoids the direct friction between each other, reduces the heat, prolonging the service life of the bearing.
