I. Description

Zhongyu Dingli has independently and meticulously developed a new DLGPX double roll crusher. The crushed limestone has a high block rate and uniform and regular material shape, greatly improving the product quality and economic benefits of quicklime. It adopts the working principle of comprehensive crushing such as shearing, splitting, and extrusion. Compared with secondary crushing such as impact crushing and cone crushing, the block rate is higher, reaching 65% -80%. The finished material has uniform particle size, and the particle size adjustment is more reliable and convenient.

III. Operation Principle

The double roll crusher crushes materials through a comprehensive process of shearing, squeezing, and stretching. After the material enters the gap between the two toothed rollers, it is subjected to the squeezing and shearing forces of the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers, and is crushed into the required particle size under squeezing, shearing, and grinding.

Reduce Labor Costs: The large capacity automatic lubrication system reduces manual oil injection and maintenance time, and the observation window and inspection door can be checked and maintained at any time when the machine is stopped.

Reduced Failure Rate: Equipped with a triple protection device of hydraulic coupler, electrical appliance, and nylon link rod, it greatly reduces the equipment failure rate caused by overload or foreign objects.

Low Energy Consumption: The shape of the toothed roller has been optimized for selective crushing of materials, and the material has been treated with high wear-resistant steel for toughness, resulting in low energy consumption of the equipment.

Long Service Life Of Bearings: The bearing chamber adopts a three-stage sealing structure to ensure that the cleanliness inside the bearing chamber is not affected by the working environment, and to improve the service life of the bearing.

Long Service Life Of Gear Disc: The gear plate adopts low-carbon quenching and tempering treatment, with high hardness and good toughness. If there is severe local wear, it can be repaired by single tooth roller welding, and the service life is long.

High Resource Utilization Rate: By adopting the principles of splitting and extrusion crushing, the phenomenon of powder passing in finished materials is reduced, and the resource utilization rate is increased by about 15% -30% compared to other secondary crushing methods.
