GS Sand Separator

Introduction

GS dry sand separator, independently innovated by Dingli, is a new type of powder separating equipment. It separates powder from sand in a dry manner. Equipped with DMCA bag dust collector, it can better satisfy the environmental requirement of national resources integration project.

On the basis of fluid mechanics theory, it controls the material size by changing velocity of air flow in grading zone to separate powder from sand as they are in the suspending condition. It can be used for separating excessive powder in the dry sand making or the refining of powder in stone production line. These fine powders can be recycled by the separator to increase the profit of stone producer.
