DLHGC series (coarse crushing) horizontal rotary crusher is a new type of hard rock crusher products developed by Zhongyu combined with the crushing concept and performance advantages of traditional rotary crusher and jaw crusher.
With selective crushing function. Before the raw ore enters the crushing chamber, the raw ore conforming to the finished products in this section is separated to reduce the consumption of repeated crushing on the crusher power and wear resistance, so as to improve the utilization rate of the crusher. Compared with the traditional rotation, the rotary crushing roller will produce reverse rotation when the equipment is working, so that the wall wear is more uniform, and avoid the phenomenon that the whole wear-resistant parts need to be replaced due to local wear.

The equipment adopts the extended constant crushing chamber design, the length of the cavity is equivalent to 1.3-1.5 times that of the traditional rotary crushing chamber. The ore can be broken at multiple levels in the crushing chamber to obtain greater crushing ratio. (Constant crushing chamber refers to the uniform wear of the mortar wall in proportion to the crushing wall in the crushing process, and the cavity shape remains unchanged.)
