With more than 20-year experience in manufacturing mineral processing equipment, Xinxiang Dingli has developed a new type of jaw crusher with two outstanding features. Firstly, it can be widely used to crush the materials with compressive strength less than 320Mpa into medium size. Secondly, it has long service life with durable parts made from quality high-manganese steel.
Jaw crusher mainly consists of bracket, eccentric spindle, large v-belt, flywheel, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle seat, gap adjustment screw, captured spring, and fixed and moving jaw plate.
Under drive of the engine, the belt and pulley make swing jaw up and down through the eccentric spindle. The angle between toggle plate and swing jaw becomes larger with ascending of the latter so as to push swing jaw to approach the fixed jaw; meanwhile, the material is being crushed or split. With mobile jaw descending, the mentioned angle becomes smaller and the swing jaw leaves fixed jaw under the action of spring; at this time, the crushed material is discharged from the outlet below crushing cavity.
