With a strong research team as the basis, we keep aiming at the forefront technology of the industry innovation and constantly improve the overall scientific and technological innovation capacity of the enterprises.
Established in 2005, the R&D Center of Xinxiang Dingli Mining Equipment is the most powerful comprehensive technology research center, also among the first batch R&D centers approved by State Economic & Commercial Committee. With A-level mining machinery engineering design qualification, the center is devoted to basic research of mining equipment technology, whole-set equipment research of key projects and techniques, R&D of major national technological equipment and new products. The heavy hammer crusher newly launched is the crushing equipment with highest capacity. ZSJ dual rotor sand maker has won national patents with leading performance of energy saving and environmental protection. The R&D center is also a director unit of China Heavy Machinery Industry Survey and Design Association and Henan Engineering Design Association.
Relying on the R&D center of mining equipment, Dingli is constantly increasing the investment in technology research & development and talents training, moreover, it has successively established technical cooperation and academic exchange with dozens of domestic universities and design institutes, which brings constant vitality for the center.
The Institute of Automation of Dingli Mining Machinery was formally established under the cooperation of Xinxiang Dingli Mining Equipment Co., Ltd and School of Mechanical Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology on August 8th, 2010. With powerful combination with the university, Dingli Mining is devoted to develop the automation products of mining equipment.
Xinxiang Dingli Mining Equipment Co., Ltd is a technology-oriented enterprise specially engaged in research & development and production of crushing equipment. The School of Mechanical Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) represents the highest level of China’s mechanical engineering industry and world-class level of the industry. The research results of the School will continuously pour into Dingli Mining. As an important participant of the research project, Dingli will be the best production base for the research result.
On May 25, 2008, Dingli Mining, together with School of Mechanical Science and Technology of HUST, set up Dingli-HUST Manufacturing Innovation Lab and established a comprehensive relationship of cooperative education and collaborative research. Future research will be fully involved in the field of mechanical design, manufacturing technology so as to promote mutual academic and productive development.
On July 19, 2006, the opening ceremony of practice base of Dingli- Mechanical College of HPU kicked off the school-enterprise cooperation. Dingli Mining has been committed to the research and development integrating mechanical design, manufacturing and installation of mining machinery into one. Through cooperation with the university, Mechanical College provides effective technical and intellectual support for our development and is jointly committed to the technological improvements for performance optimization of mining machinery. Meanwhile, the company provides a good platform for future practice and employment of college students, which will bring mutual benefit and win-win situation.
While emphasizing technological R&D, Dingli Mining has been committed to introducing new internationally advanced machinery manufacturing technology. In 2010, by cooperating with Las Dakota Company of Sweden, Dingli Mining took the lead in the introduction of internationally advanced manufacturing technology of special steel, making up the breakable defect of lining plate of domestic mining equipment.
The products of Dingli Mining take the lead to pass the ISO international quality management system certification of the same industry. After ten years of hard efforts, crushers, sand makers, screening & feeding equipment of Dingli Brand keep the leading role in the same industry.
