I. Description

By absorbing advanced foreign and domestic technology, Xinxiang Dingli elaborately designs a kind of special primary hammer crusher that can directly crush the aggregates with particle size of 600mm-1200mm into 25mm or less. It is suitable to crush the materials with compressive strength less than 200MPa and calcium content over 40%.With advanced and stable capability, hammer crusher can be used in cement, sand, coal cleaning, building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, road construction and compound fertilizer industries.

III. Operation Principle

The motor drives the rotor to rotate in the crushing cavity at a high speed. Materials are fed from the upper inlet into the inside of the machine, and then crushed by hammers’ striking, impacting, shearing, and grinding. There is a sieve plate under the rotor so that the fractions smaller than sieve size can be discharged. The coarse grains with size larger than the mesh continue to stay on the screen plate for being hit and grinded again by the hammers until they meet the requirements for finished materials.
