The bulk limestone is uniformly fed into primary crusher by ZGC2038 vibrating feeder; then the crushed limestone is conveyed into secondary crusher by belt conveyorfor further crushing; next the materials are processed by the vibrating screen and divided into five types of final products according to requirements of customers.
This gravel aggregate production line adopts PCZ1815 heavy hammer impact crusher newest model of Dingli as primary crusher. In order to ensure sound shape of final products we also add a set of PC1216 shaping hammer crusher. The whole production line is featured by reasonable configuration small land occupation high degree of automation and little manpower input. Besides through Dingli's modular construction of plant we enter into production in a short period.
