Production Process

Stone materials blasted from mountain will firstly have vibrating feeder ZGC1538 feed for ensuring material quality. And then there will be PCZ1615 heavy hammer crusher for material primary crushing, and then there will be 2YKZ2460 vibrating screen for screening powder and 1-3 crushed stone. Other materials will be conveyed into transform silo for secondary crushing with dual rotor sand maker of ZSJ1218. And then they are screened into 1-2 crushing stone, granolithic crushing stone, 0-5 sand, and so on with 3YKZ2460 vibrating screen. And then qualified materials will be sent into stockpile with belt conveyor.
