Two 2500-3000tph production lines enter into operation at the same time. In order to ensure both the quality and capacity, we configure two sets of PCZ2125 heavy hammer impact crusher for primary crushing, 4 sets of shaping hammer crusher and 24 sets of vibrating screen. In order to reduce environmental pollution, we will take proper measures including expansion of green area and installation of dust collectors.
Production line construction site real shooting
The hourly capacity of 5000tph is second to none in our local area even in China. During the test run the actual capacity is several hundreds higher than the expected 5000tph. What is more the grain shape of our products is better than that of the peers so they have a good sales in the local market.
