Production Process

Materials are conveyed by ZG1550 vibrating feeder averagely and continuously into PCZ1615 heavy hammer crusher for coarse crushing. And then there are two vibrating screens of 3YKQ2470 for larger materials. And larger materials will be conveyed into XPC1216 hammer crusher by belt conveyor for material crushing. And then there will be 4YKQ2670 vibrating screen for materials of 1-3 stone, 1-2 stone, granolithic material, and 0-5 stone. 0-5mm materials will be sent into XS3016 bucket wheel sand washer for material washing and higher quality sand.

Customer Review

This gravel production line has higher automation and lower investment cost. With the material feature we should have the heavy hammer crusher for primary crushing and shaping hammer crusher for secondary crushing of 1216 hammer crusher. And then there are two screen machines for material screening. The whole gravel production line has a reasonable machine configuration for stable and efficient production process.
