The main operation part of hammer crusher is its rotor which consists of spindle disc, pin shaft, and hammerhead. Materials are fed from the top of feeding inlet and impacted by high speed motivated hammerhead that is moved by electric motor, and finally they are crushed by milling and shearing. In the bottom of rotor, there are screening liners to discharge smaller materials and hammerhead impacts and mills bigger materials again. Hammer crusher is applied to crush all kinds of brittle mineral such as coal, salt, chalk, alum, brick, tile, and limestone of less than 100Mpa compressive strength and less than 15% humidity.
