The frame of the CS110D is a robust and rigid structure. It is typically fabricated from high-strength steel, providing a stable base to support all other components. The frame's design is engineered to withstand the heavy forces and vibrations generated during the crushing process. It has a shape and dimensions that are optimized to house the moving and fixed cones, as well as the other internal mechanisms. Reinforcements and thickened sections are often incorporated in critical areas to enhance its durability and prevent deformation over time.
Comprising the moving cone and the fixed cone, the crushing chamber is where the actual crushing takes place. The moving cone is attached to the main shaft and is driven to perform an eccentric rotation. The surface of the moving cone and the inner surface of the fixed cone are lined with wear-resistant materials. In the fine type, the clearance and geometry of the crushing chamber are designed to produce a relatively smaller discharge size range of 5 - 16mm. The medium and coarse types have different chamber configurations, with the medium type having a discharge size of 10 - 16mm and the coarse type 13 - 19mm, allowing for flexibility in processing different materials and achieving various product sizes.
The drive system of the CS110D is responsible for converting the electrical power from the motor into the rotational motion required for the crushing operation. It includes components such as belts, pulleys, and gears. The belts connect the motor shaft to the pulley, which then transfers the rotation to the gears. The gears are precisely engineered to provide the correct speed reduction and torque multiplication. This ensures that the moving cone rotates at the appropriate speed and with sufficient force to crush the incoming material. The drive system is also designed for reliability and easy maintenance, with accessible components for inspection and replacement.
The CS110D is equipped with an adjustment system that allows for precise control of the discharge opening size. This can be achieved through hydraulic or mechanical means, enabling operators to adapt to different production requirements and material characteristics. Additionally, there are protection systems in place. For example, a spring or hydraulic protection mechanism is installed to safeguard the crusher from damage in case of an overload or the entry of uncrushable objects. These systems detect abnormal forces and automatically adjust the crusher's settings or stop the operation to prevent costly breakdowns and ensure the longevity of the equipment.
