High Production Efficiency

The CSD240 combines stroke, swing frequency, and crushing cavity design to achieve excellent performance. It can increase the output by more than 40% compared to spring cone crushers. The high swing frequency and large stroke allow for laminar crushing of materials in the crushing cavity, effectively enhancing the production efficiency. With a production capacity ranging from 136 to 281 tons per hour and the ability to produce products with uniform particle size, it is highly suitable for the construction industry, eliminating the need for re-screening when used in concrete mixing.

Strong Operational Stability

Its spindle is supported at both the upper and lower ends, enabling it to withstand greater crushing forces and larger strokes, thus ensuring stable operation. The use of circular arc bevel gears makes the equipment run more stably, with less noise and higher transmission efficiency. The hydraulic adjustment of the discharge port size allows for easy remote control of the product particle size. After the foreign object is discharged, the discharge port automatically resets to prevent damage to the equipment and ensure its normal operation.
