The 500t/h stone production line we equipped for Jiangxi Yichang is mainly with PCZ1615 heavy hammer crusher two-level efficient vibrating screens and relative pulse dedusters.

In this production line we firstly crushed the huge materials into smaller ones by crusher and then crushed into smaller finished stones by second crushing; lastly we need a sand maker to produce quality sand.
At the production site it is seen that by adopting the crusher with hourly capacity of 1200 ton the production process is greatly simplified compared with previous production lines configured with more than one crusher.
