The HPT800 multi-cylinder cone crusher adopts a unique laminated crushing principle combined with advanced hydraulic technology, demonstrating excellent crushing performance. When the motor is started, the eccentric sleeve is rotated through the pulley and the drive shaft, causing the movable cone part to perform a swing motion. The ore enters the crushing chamber from the top feed opening. As the gap between the movable cone and the fixed cone gradually decreases, the ore is subjected to increasing extrusion, grinding and impact during the falling process. This laminated crushing method enables the ore to be crushed multiple times within the crushing chamber, rather than just a single impact crushing, greatly improving the crushing efficiency and the uniformity of the product.
The HPT800 is equipped with five chamber types (C1, C2, M, F1, F2), each with its own subtleties. Taking the C1 super coarse chamber type as an example, its larger open-side feed opening size (375mm) and closed-side feed size (350mm) allow large pieces of ore to enter the crushing chamber smoothly. The swing motion of the movable cone causes the ore to be initially crushed in the chamber and then move towards the discharge opening. As the chamber type gradually becomes finer, such as the F2 super fine chamber type, its smaller minimum discharge opening size (14mm) can perform finer crushing and shaping on the ore to ensure that the discharge particle size meets high standard requirements. During the entire crushing process, the hydraulic system precisely controls the position of the movable cone and the size of the discharge opening. Operators can flexibly adjust the equipment parameters according to the properties of the ore and the required product particle size to achieve precise crushing and meet diverse production requirements.
Based on the powerful crushing principle and precise chamber design, the HPT800 also focuses on the overall efficient and stable operation. The 630KW high-power motor provides sufficient power to ensure that the equipment can continuously and stably process a large amount of ore. At the same time, the multi-cylinder hydraulic system of the equipment is not only used for adjusting the discharge opening and overload protection, but also can monitor and adjust the crushing force in real time during the operation of the equipment, enabling the equipment to maintain the best working condition under various working conditions. In addition, the overall structure of the equipment has been optimized, with good seismic resistance and stability, reducing the wear and failure of components caused by vibration and impact, further improving the reliability and service life of the equipment, and providing a solid guarantee for the efficient production of mining enterprises.
