The KFH1200Z - D multi - cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly used for medium - crushing. It has excellent performance characteristics, which enable it to handle various materials effectively.
The crusher's operation starts with the rotation of the electric motor. The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate. At the end of the horizontal shaft, there is a pinion which engages with the large gear mounted on the flange of the eccentric sleeve. Through this gear transmission, the eccentric sleeve is driven to rotate at high speed around the main shaft.
The spherical bearing of the moving cone sits on the concave spherical tile surface at the top of the main shaft. The lower bushing of the moving cone is sleeved on the eccentric sleeve. During the eccentric or gyratory motion of the eccentric sleeve, the moving cone is driven by the contact between the moving cone bushing and the eccentric sleeve.
When the moving cone approaches the fixed cone, the ore is in the process of being squeezed and crushed. The large stroke (22mm) of this crusher model plays a significant role in this process, enabling more efficient crushing of materials. The maximum feed size of this crusher is 150mm, and the adjustable range of the discharge port is 13 - 40mm, which provides flexibility for different crushing requirements.
On the other side of the moving cone, when it moves away from the fixed cone, the crushed ore, under its own weight, is discharged from the bottom between the two cones. The processing capacity of this crusher ranges from 115 to 245t/h, and the main motor power is 132kw. With a weight of 16t, it is a reliable and efficient crushing equipment for medium - scale crushing operations.
