The above picture shows the production site of 1000tph aggregates production line of Tongxingyuan Building Material Company. The aligned belt conveyors are transporting aggregates in an orderly manner. The pulse bag filter independently dev

Its seen this production line adopts the crusher and other auxiliary equipment with the hourly capacity of over 1000 ton which ensures the large output of the whole production line.

Basic configuration :We fully consider the matching adaption of material quality and design process of production line through equipment model selection and reasonable configuration.
When materials enter the KFH1650Z - D crusher through the 240mm maximum feed opening, they are immediately subjected to the action of the rotating mantle within the crushing chamber. The mantle rotates eccentrically, creating a series of impacts and compressive forces on the material. The initial contact between the mantle and the material begins the process of size reduction.
As the material progresses within the crushing chamber, the mantle's rotation and the fixed concave surface work in tandem. The eccentric movement of the mantle causes the material to be repeatedly crushed between the mantle and the concave. The 34mm stroke of the mantle ensures that the crushing force is sufficient to break the material into smaller pieces. The combination of impact and compression forces during this stage is carefully balanced to achieve the desired intermediate size reduction without over - crushing.
The design of the crushing chamber promotes a controlled material flow. The shape and configuration of the chamber direct the material towards the discharge port. As the material moves, the continuous crushing action results in a gradation of sizes. The discharge port range of 19 - 65mm allows for the extraction of the intermediate - sized product. The flow pattern within the chamber is optimized to ensure that all the material is exposed to the crushing action evenly.
The 250kw motor provides the energy required for the crushing process. The mechanical design of the crusher ensures that this energy is efficiently converted into the necessary crushing forces. The rotation of the mantle and the associated movements are carefully calibrated to minimize energy losses. The energy utilization is maximized by optimizing the contact between the mantle and the material and by reducing friction within the crusher's moving parts.
