*Note: The processing capacity of the MCS300 cone crusher may vary with different materials and feeding sizes.
In this installation site we find many small stone crushers are replaced by huge equipment for huge stone production line with about 2000 ton output.
The project is an expansion project, the crushing raw material is limestone, the production capacity is required to be 800-1500 tons, and the finished material is used for construction.
Although there are only several sets of mining equipment adopted in this production line the capacity can reach 300 ton per hour. It mainly lies in Dingli’s PCZ 1512 heavy hammer crusher with the hourly capacity of 320 ton.
The MCS300 cone crusher is a significant piece of equipment in the field of mineral processing. It has unique performance parameters that contribute to its functionality in various production scenarios.
Capacity: It has a capacity ranging from 110 to 230 mtph (121 to 253 stph). This allows it to handle a considerable amount of material during the crushing process.
Motor Power: The motor power of the MCS300 is 132 kW (177 Hp). This provides the necessary power to drive the crushing mechanism effectively.
Maximum Feed Size: The crusher can accept materials with a size between 190 and 270 mm (7.5 to 10.6 inch). This relatively large maximum feed size makes it suitable for primary crushing tasks.
Concaves: It is equipped with EC.C.MC Concaves, which play an important role in the crushing process.
CSS (Minimum - Maximum Discharge Opening Setting): The CSS of the MCS300 is adjustable between 25 and 48 mm (1 to 1.9 inch). This allows for precise control of the product size.
Eccentric Throw Range: The eccentric throw range is from 16 to 30 mm (0.6 to 1.2 inch). This parameter also influences the crushing performance.
Weight: The weight of the MCS300 is 14100 kg (31085 lbs). This ensures stability during operation, although it also requires appropriate installation and transportation arrangements.
The MCS300 is well-suited for the primary crushing stage in medium-sized mines. With its ability to handle large feed sizes and its moderate capacity, it can effectively break down the raw ore extracted from the mine. This prepares the material for further processing in subsequent stages. By providing the right particle size of the output, it helps to ensure the smooth operation of the entire mineral processing line. In conclusion, understanding the parameters of the MCS300 is crucial for optimizing its application in mineral processing operations.
