Live ChatThis production line has improved a lot in the aspect of operation scale and environmental protection compared with many other small traditional production lines in the local place.
It is vital to select quality production equipment for the first investment of a small-scale stone plant. Dingli’s quality equipment can help the customer for initial investment enter into rapid production.
Machine: ZG1238 vibrating feeder + PCZ1512 heavy hammer crusher + 3YKQ2470 vibrating screen + 2YKQ2470 vibrating screen
Maximum Feed Size: 178mm, allowing the crusher to handle large - sized materials directly, which is suitable for primary crushing in many applications.
Discharge Opening Adjustment Range: 16 - 38mm, enabling operators to adjust the output particle size according to different production requirements precisely.
Power: 160kW, providing sufficient power for the crusher to operate stably and efficiently.
Production Capacity: 132 - 253t/h, ensuring a high - volume and stable output under different working conditions.
Weight: 21.1 tons. The solid structure of the crusher guarantees its stability during operation and enhances its durability.
Motor - driven Rotation: The PYFB1321II spring cone crusher is powered by a 160kW motor. The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate. Through a series of transmission mechanisms, such as belts and pulleys, the rotational motion is transferred to the eccentric sleeve.
Eccentric Sleeve Movement: The eccentric sleeve rotates around the main shaft. As it rotates, it causes the mantle (the inner crushing surface) to perform an eccentric motion. This eccentric movement makes the mantle move closer to and farther away from the concave (the outer crushing surface) in a cyclical manner.
Crushing Process: When materials are fed into the crushing chamber from the top, they are squeezed, bent, and sheared between the mantle and the concave. As the mantle moves closer to the concave, the materials are crushed. When the mantle moves away, the crushed materials fall down due to gravity and are discharged from the bottom of the crusher. The continuous rotation of the eccentric sleeve ensures a continuous crushing process.
Adjustable Discharge Control: The discharge opening of the crusher can be adjusted within the range of 16 - 38mm. By adjusting the position of the adjusting ring, the distance between the mantle and the concave can be changed. This adjustment directly affects the size of the output particles, allowing operators to produce crushed materials of different particle sizes according to specific production needs.
Spring - based Protection: The crusher is equipped with a spring system. In case an uncrushable object (such as a piece of metal) enters the crushing chamber, the spring will compress to allow the object to pass through. Once the object is discharged, the spring will return to its original position, ensuring the normal operation of the crusher and protecting the internal components from damage.
