Working Principle

When the XHP500 spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, making the crushing cone perform a pendulum - like motion. Materials enter the crushing chamber from the upper feed inlet and are subjected to extrusion, bending, and impact forces between the crushing cone and the mantle.
