The CJ555 Jaw Crusher features a symmetrical āVā shaped chamber design, large incline angle of toggle plate, large stroke, and reasonable rotational speed, resulting in larger feed sizes, higher output, more uniform particle size, and reduced wear on the jaws. The heavy-duty moving jaw assembly uses forged heavy eccentric shafts, heavy-duty rolling bearings, and a moving jaw body optimized via finite element analysis, ensuring high impact resistance and stability.
The CJ555 Jaw Crusher uses mechanical or hydraulic discharge adjustment mechanisms. The double wedge block adjustment system is simpler, safer, and faster compared to shim adjustment, saving downtime. Specialized rubber dampening devices secure the crusher, effectively absorbing vibration peaks while allowing vertical and longitudinal displacement, thereby reducing the impact on the foundation.
