Upon this situation we upgraded our design with the process of first crushing desilt crushing shaping crushing and then sand making. And we can adjust discharge size with market demand with low soil and average finished material.
The JC250 x 1000 European-Type Jaw Crusher is designed for efficient crushing of hard and abrasive materials across various industrial sectors. With a feed opening of 250 x 1000mm, it can handle materials up to 220mm in size and produce particles within the range of 20 to 40mm. The JC250 x 1000 can process between 15 and 50 tons per hour, making it suitable for moderate volume applications.
Equipped with a symmetrical “V” shaped crushing chamber, the JC250 x 1000 ensures consistent feed intake and efficient crushing. The discharge setting adjustment is made easy via a wedge block mechanism, which is safer and quicker compared to the old shim adjustment method. Larger and more durable eccentric shaft bearings, coupled with effective labyrinth seals, extend the bearing lifespan significantly.
