Seen from the picture the monitoring system can clearly monitor every corner of the stone production line. It is part of our whole automatic stone production line.
It’s seen the crusher is installed below the silo; the aggregates are fed into the crusher in a convenient and efficient manner. The corresponding motor equipped ensures equipment to operate according to rated power with low consumption.
After being conveyed to the heavy hammer crusher by the vibrating feeder the material successively goes through coarse & fine crushing and screening by gradation.
The PEV4836 jaw crusher is a high-output machine designed for large-scale crushing applications. With an inlet size of 1200 x 800mm and a rotation speed of 230r/min, it operates effectively. The power rating ranges from 110 to 160kW, providing ample power for high-capacity operations. At a gap setting of 100mm, it produces 210t/h, and at 350mm, the output is 350t/h.
