The VESZ2537 jaw crusher employs a robust welded frame design suitable for medium to small-sized applications. Its symmetrical "V"-shaped cavity design ensures deep crushing chambers, minimal nip angles, and extensive stroke, enhancing processing capacity, lowering energy consumption, and improving overall crushing performance. The heavy-duty moving jaw assembly uses forged heavy eccentric shafts, heavy-duty rolling bearings, and a dynamic jaw body optimized through finite element software, ensuring the assembly's shock resistance and stability.
To protect the moving jaw body and its internal bearings from direct impact, the VESZ2537 is equipped with heavy-duty guard plates above the moving jaw. The integral cast steel bearing seat is designed to perfectly fit the frame, avoiding unnecessary radial loads that could be caused by composite bearing seats, thus ensuring smooth bearing operation. Additionally, the integrated motor installation not only saves space but also simplifies belt adjustment, extending their lifespan.
