The VESZ3443 jaw crusher is specifically designed for high-efficiency crushing operations required in various applications. This equipment features a feed size of 850 x 1100 mm, capable of handling particles up to 670 mm, with a discharge size range of 110 - 200 mm. The VESZ3443 has a production capacity of 170 to 400 t/h, powered by a 110 kW motor with an eccentric shaft speed of 290 r/min. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction materials, and more, particularly suitable for crushing ores, rocks, slag, and materials with compressive strengths no higher than 320 MPa.
The VESZ3443 jaw crusher features an advanced symmetrical "V"-shaped crushing chamber design that increases the depth of the crushing chamber, reduces the nip angle, and enlarges the stroke, thereby enhancing processing capacity and lowering energy consumption. The heavy-duty moving jaw assembly uses forged heavy eccentric shafts, heavy-duty rolling bearings, and a dynamic jaw body optimized through finite element software, ensuring the equipment’s stability and durability when facing high-strength materials.
To prevent direct impact damage to the moving jaw body, the VESZ3443 is equipped with heavy-duty guard plates above the moving jaw. The integral cast steel bearing seat fits the frame snugly, avoiding unnecessary radial loads that could be caused by composite bearing seats, ensuring smooth bearing operation. The integrated motor installation not only saves space but also simplifies belt adjustment, extending their lifespan.
