Basic configuration includes ZG2028 vibrating feeder PCZ1820 heavy hPC1220 hammer crusher 2YKZ3070 vibrating screen and relative dedusting equipment etc.
This 1,000 tons of aggregate production line was put into operation in September 2018, using DLPCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher, DLPC1220 plastic hammer crusher, DL3YKZ3070 vibrating screen and other sets of mine production equipment, the introduction of a complete set of mine intelligent management system.
As to equipment selection and layout it is a big advantage with the two production lines respectively equipped with the host PCZ1820 running side by side since when one line is under maintenance the other one can continue to operate.
