Production Line Workflow

The large blocks of materials extracted from the mine are uniformly sent to the A3 jaw crusher for extrusion crushing processing through the A2 vibrating feeder below the A1 bin. The coarse crushed stones are sent to the A4 cone crusher for layer pressing processing through the B2 belt conveyor. The medium and fine crushed stones are sent to the A5 two-layer vibrating screen for screening through the B3 belt conveyor. Stones larger than 30mm, 20-30mm, and smaller than 20mm can be screened out. Stones larger than 30mm are returned to the A4 cone crusher for further fine crushing processing through the B5 belt conveyor; The 20-30mm stone material is fed into the corresponding material pile through the B6 belt conveyor; Stones smaller than 20mm are transported by B4 belt conveyor to A6 three-layer vibrating screen for screening; It can screen out 10-20mm stone materials, 5-10mm stone materials, 0-5mm stone materials, and stone powder. These four types of stone materials will be sent to the corresponding material piles through their respective belt conveyors.

Features of This Production Line Design

The production project has an output of around 180-220 tons and adopts a crushing processing scheme of jaw crusher and cone crusher, forming an efficient two-stage crushing process with strong continuous operation capability and low failure rate. The layered crushing principle is adopted, which can effectively reduce the content of needle like materials in the finished product, and the grading is reasonable, greatly improving the market competitiveness; The key components of the crushing equipment are made of high wear-resistant materials, and the service life of vulnerable parts is longer, which reduces the frequency of maintenance and replacement and the cost of spare parts. Compared with long-term operation, the comprehensive cost is relatively low.
