Production Line Workflow

The material is uniformly sent to the A3 jaw crusher for coarse crushing processing through the A2 vibrating feeder. The obtained material is then sent to the A4 impact crusher for medium and fine crushing operations through the B2 belt conveyor. The discharged material is sent to the A5 three-layer circular vibrating screen for screening and grading through the B3 belt conveyor. 0-5mm stone, 5-16mm stone, 16-25mm stone, and stone larger than 25mm can be screened out. Stone larger than 25mm is returned to the A4 impact crusher for secondary crushing processing through the B4 belt conveyor. The screened 0-5mm stone, 5-16mm stone, and 16-25mm stone will be sent to the corresponding material bin for storage through the corresponding belt conveyor.

The production line adopts a two-stage crushing scheme with high production efficiency. This combination scheme is a mature and efficient choice, especially suitable for the production of medium and large aggregates of medium hard materials such as bluestone, granite, limestone, etc. Its core advantages are reasonable process flow, high capacity matching, avoiding single machine overload, and ensuring stable and continuous operation of the production line; The finished product has excellent particle size, low failure rate, and controllable operating costs.
