Production Line Workflow

The materials in the silo are evenly fed into the A3 jaw crusher for coarse crushing processing through the A2 vibrating feeder. The obtained materials are sent to the transfer silo through the B2 belt conveyor, and then sent to the A5 impact crusher for medium and fine crushing and shaping through the A4 feeder equipment below the transfer silo. The discharged materials are sent to the A6 vibrating screen for screening through the B4 belt conveyor, which can screen out stones larger than 31.5mm, stones between 25-31.5mm, and stones smaller than 25mm. Stones larger than 31.5mm are sent to the transfer silo through the B5 belt conveyor, stones between 25-31.5mm are sent to the corresponding material pile through the B6 belt conveyor, and stones smaller than 25mm are sent to the A7 lightweight vibrating screen for screening and grading through the B7 belt conveyor. Stones between 0-5mm can be screened out. 5-16mm stone and 16-25mm Stone materials will be transported to corresponding material piles for storage through corresponding belt conveyor equipment.

Features of This Production Line Design

The project adopts a matching process between jaw crusher and impact crusher equipment, with excellent efficiency. The jaw crusher, as a coarse crushing equipment, can stably process large blocks of materials, while the impact crusher, as a medium fine crushing and shaping equipment, has excellent particle size and directly meets the high standard requirements of building aggregates; The investment and operation costs are economical. Compared with the three-stage crushing of E-type and cone crushing, this project has fewer equipment and a relatively simple structure. The initial equipment procurement and installation investment costs are lower, and it can be widely used for crushing and processing medium hard and below materials.
