The material is then sent to the A6 impact crusher for medium to fine crushing and impact processing through the A5 feeder equipment below the transfer bin. The crushed stone material is sent to the A7 two-layer circular vibrating screen for screening through the B7 belt conveyor, which can screen out stones larger than 30mm, 20-30mm, and smaller than 20mm; Stones larger than 30mm are sent to the transfer bin through B8 belt conveyor, 20-30mm stones are sent to the corresponding material pile through B10 belt conveyor, and stones smaller than 20mm are sent to A8 circular vibrating screen for screening and grading through B9 belt conveyor. 0-5mm stones, 5-10mm stones, and 10-20mm stones can be screened out, and these three materials will be sent to the corresponding material pile through the corresponding belt conveyor.
This production line uses jaw crushers for coarse crushing and impact crushers for medium to fine crushing and shaping.
