- The crushed materials are conveyed to the intermediate bin (A3) for temporary storage by a belt conveyor.
Secondary Crushing:Semi-finished materials are fed into the cone crusher (A4) by a belt conveyor for secondary crushing, so as to meet the particle size required for sand making.
Screening:The crushed materials enter the vibrating screen (A5) for pre-screening.
- Oversized materials on the screen are returned to the cone crusher (A4) for re-crushing via belt conveyor (B1).
- Qualified undersize materials are sent to the intermediate bin (A6) for temporary storage.
Sand Making:Materials from the semi-finished bin are fed into the sand making machine (A7) by the intermediate bin feeder (A6) via a belt conveyor.
Finished Product Screening and Washing:Materials after sand making enter the vibrating screen (A8) for classification to separate the finished sand.
- Oversized materials are divided into two streams:
one is conveyed back to the intermediate bin (A6),
the other is sent to the sand making machine (A7) for re-crushing via belt conveyor (B2).
- The finished sand enters the sand washer (A9) for cleaning and is then conveyed to the finished product stockpile.
- Waste sand and slurry discharged from the sand washer are sent to the dehydration screen (A10) for recovery, so as to reduce material waste.
Pre‑cleaning:Suitable for raw materials with high mud and impurity content, allowing pre‑screening and classification.
Complete Process:Adopts a full process flow: primary crushing – secondary crushing – pre‑screening – sand making – screening & washing, enabling direct production of high‑quality manufactured sand that meets engineering gradation requirements.
Excellent Particle Shape:With the combination of cone crusher and sand making machine, the finished product features rounded grains, low flaky particle content, complying with high‑quality building material standards.
