Working principle

In operation process of gravel production line, bulk stone was conveyed into complex vertical crusher by vibrating feeder, and then material was crushed by hitting and crushing with vane, machine shell, and material. And then crushed material will be discharged through gate and producing finished material after being screened by vibrating screen.

Maintenance

Crusher machine needs a regular maintenance for high quality. There is first and second stage maintenance.

First stage maintenance: it is mainly operated by workers and maintenance worker with checking and dismantling machine with plan, cleaning required parts, dredging pipeline, adjusting machine, and fastening them within 2-4h.

Second stage maintenance: mainly with technicians operate with checking and maintaining machine, repairing wear parts, cleaning machine, changing machine oil, and checking machine electricity parts with about 1-3 days.
