On-site Circumstance

Basic configuration of 1200t/h stone production line：ZG2028 vibrating feeder, PCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher, PCX1220 hammer crusher, 3YK3070 vibrating screen*3 sets, 2YK2460 vibrating screen*3 sets. Dingli does not make specific equipment configuration until survey of production site for many times and comprehensive knowledge of the material to be crushed. In this large production line of Chuzhou, we combine the heavy hammer crusher with vibrating screen in order to meet customers’ requirements for the finished products with various particle sizes and ensure the capacity.

Investment prospect:1.compared with other products for crushing limestone, Dingli’s heavy impact crusher is widely recognized by the customers due to its small investment, low energy consumption and high return rate.

2.In the production with same capacity heavy hammer crusher is a better choice with its price and power consumption respectively 50% and 60% lower than that of jaw crusher.

There are rich mineral resources in Fengyang especially the reserve of limestone is top-ranked in the East of China with the verified amount of 10 billion ton. There are over 300 gravel production enterprises in our local place. We choose to cooperate with Dingli through recommendation of the peers and all-round inspection. The heavy hammer crusher adopted in this production line has the hourly capacity of 1200 ton. In the process design Dingli combines the heavy impact crusher with vibrating screen so that the daily production scale can reach 5000-10000 ton through model selection and reasonable configuration of equipment; besides it also fully considers the fitting of material quality & the process and the technical requirement demanded by the concrete on the finished aggregates which not only saves our investment cost but also brings significant economic benefit.
