With multi-stage crushing method being adopted in the production line, the raw limestone material with relatively large particle size can be fully crushed into the finished material with fine grain shape, continuous size distribution and over 90% qualified rate. At the production site, it is seen that the crushed finished material is conveyed by the multi-level conveying screens to the corresponding processing silos. With the hourly capacity of 2000 ton, the production site is very spectacular and splendid.

    Customer Review

In the pre-stage of material preparation for cement production various kinds of raw material shall be crushed. Limestone as a very key ingredient needs to be crushed before it is mixed with other raw material so the grain shape of finished limestone material is particularly important. Only after the intensive mixing of the raw material and the finished limestone material with large reduction ratio and sound grain shape can it achieve the high-quality finished cement. Through practice in the production of cement plant the hammer crusher with large hourly capacity and sound reduction ratio is the best choice. Since the equipment of our company happens to meet such requirement the customer selects our products to construct a 1200T/H production line with sound production effect steady operation and large hourly capacity.
