On-site Circumstance

This production line of 3,000 tons of fine aggregate, covering an area of 216 acres, with a total investment of 230 million yuan, began construction in October 2016 and put into operation in May 2017.

Using DLPCZ2125 heavy hammer impact crusher in the industry, crushing and shaping one machine, high crushing rate, high yield can be adjusted.

36 sets of DLYKQ series shaker are adopted,6 sets in a group, 3 sets are connected together and driven by 1 motor. A single unit has lower power and energy consumption, larger processing capacity and smoother operation.

Nine finished product silos, one transfer silo and two finished material buffer silos were built, with a total storage capacity of 278,000 tons.

The production line designed by Zhongyu Ding Li for me is the highest configuration in the industry at present, with an output of 3,000 tons, which is the highest configuration of the production line in the industry at present. The total power of 162 devices is 9068kW·h, and the production of sand and stone aggregate is better, the particle size, grading and stone powder content are adjustable and controllable, and the proportion of fine stone is more than 2/3.
