Work Process
The raw materials (bulk limestone) are first sent by the ZGC vibrating feeder to PCZ1615 heavy hammer crusher for primary crushing. Then the materials are processed by two sets of 3YKZ2470 vibrating screen for gradation. Those with qualified size are then conveyed into sand making machine for further crushing and discharged from the outlet. The crushed materials are finally classified into various crushed stone and sand according to customer requirements.
Project Features
1. Large output Under normal condition, the hourly capacity is 800-1000 ton, while if the raw material is sufficient, the output can reach 1200tph;
2. Sound grain shape Through processing of sand making machine, the primarily crushed materials have better grain shape and sold well in the local market.;
3. Low energy consumption: for example, to produce same amount of aggregates, the trational production line may need 10 hours while it only requires 7 hours;
4. Smaller investment: a set of heavy hammer crusher can replace tradtional combination of jaw crusher and impact crusher, which effectively reduces equipment input;

Mr. Yang the owner of Xiangjun Quarry said "our project for stone crushing started in June 2014. Before final decision to sign contract with Dingli we visited several production sites where the equipment of Dingli is applied and witnessed that the high efficiency of stone crushers and sound grain shape of final aggregates. The whole construction period lasts for one year. After it enters into operation the actual output reaches 1200tph nearly 500 ton more than the planned.
