Work Process
After primary crushing, the limestone is conveyed into transfer silo for further processed by two sets of ZSJ1213 sand making machine. The final products are classified into crushed stone and M-sand. The products with unqualified size will be returned to the sand maker for repeated crushing until they meet customer requirements.

Based on previous layout, the stone crusher plant is configured in a new manner. The previous box crusher, impact crusher and VSI sand maker are replaced with two sets of dual rotor sand making machine, which effectively reduces input and operation cost of the crusher plant.
