Sand Production Process

After processing of primary crusher, the crushed limestone is conveyed into ZSJ0808 dual rotor sand making machine for fine crushing. Then the 3YKZ2060 vibrating screen separates the crushed sand into 5mm and <3.8mm types while the particles larger than 5mm are returned by the belt conveyor into sand maker for further processing until they meet customer requirements for the final products.

It adopts steel-frame plant for preventing the dust into open air; besides it is also equipped with dedusting machine for collecting the dust. Such green and eco-friendly sand production line has met national standard. With sound shape and gradation the crushed sand is directly used by local dry powder mortar mixing station.
