Work Process

The large rocks are fed by the vibrating feeder into PCZ1512 heavy hammer crusher in a uniform manner. The crushed stones are then conveyed by the conveyor to 2YKZ2460 vibrating screen for classifying the stone materials in various sizes. As for the materials with unqualified size will be returned to the crusher for further processing until they meet requirements. The final products include 5-10mm, 10-30mm crushed stone and stone powder.
