The CC1300 cone crusher is a robust and highly effective piece of equipment in the crushing industry, renowned for its versatile capabilities and reliable performance in handling various materials for different industrial applications.

I. Multiple Cavity Types and Their Feed Specifications

The CC1300 comes equipped with four distinct cavity types, namely C, M, F, and EF. Each cavity type is tailored to accommodate specific maximum feed sizes. The C cavity can handle materials with a maximum feed size of 200mm, making it suitable for processing relatively large chunks of raw materials. The M cavity is designed for a maximum feed size of 150mm, while the F cavity can take in materials up to 102mm in size. The EF cavity, on the other hand, is optimized for inputs with a maximum size of 70mm. This range of cavity options enables the crusher to adapt to different initial material sizes, providing flexibility in various production processes where the input materials may vary in dimensions.

II. Precise Discharge Size Control

One of the notable features of the CC1300 is its precise control over the discharge size. The minimum discharge size differs among the cavity types. In the C cavity, the minimum discharge size is 16mm, ensuring that the output materials have a certain minimum fineness. For the M cavity, it is 13mm, allowing for a finer output compared to the C cavity in some cases. The F cavity has a minimum discharge size of 10mm, and the EF cavity can achieve an even smaller minimum discharge size of 8mm. This level of precision in discharge size control gives operators the ability to tailor the final product to meet specific requirements of downstream processes or end-use applications, such as in the production of high-quality aggregates for construction or specific particle sizes needed in industrial manufacturing.

III. Motor Power and Crushing Capacity

The CC1300 is powered by a motor with a power range of 132 - 160kw, providing sufficient energy to drive the crushing process efficiently. When it comes to the crushing capacity, it varies depending on the cavity type and the closed side discharge opening size. For example, in the C cavity, when the closed side discharge opening is 16mm, the crushing capacity starts at 150t/h and increases as the opening size gets larger, reaching up to 390t/h at certain sizes. In the M cavity, with a minimum discharge size of 13mm, the capacity begins at 115t/h at an appropriate opening and progresses accordingly. Similar variations in crushing capacity can be observed for the F and EF cavities based on their respective discharge opening sizes. This variability in crushing capacity makes the CC1300 adaptable to different production scales and requirements, whether it's for small to medium-sized operations or larger industrial production lines.
