CC1380 Cone Crusher: Performance and Specifications

The CC1380 cone crusher is a high-performance and versatile piece of equipment in the crushing industry, designed to meet a wide range of industrial requirements with its outstanding features and capabilities.

I. Cavity Types and Their Feed Size Adaptability

The CC1380 is equipped with four different cavity types, namely C, M, F, and EF. Each cavity type has its own specific maximum feed size, enabling it to handle a diverse range of raw materials. The C cavity can accommodate materials with a maximum feed size of 215mm, which is suitable for processing relatively large chunks of input. The M cavity is designed for a maximum feed size of 160mm, while the F cavity can handle materials up to 115mm in size. The EF cavity, on the other hand, is optimized for inputs with a maximum size of 76mm. This variety in cavity types allows the crusher to effectively adapt to different feedstock conditions, making it a flexible choice for various production scenarios.

II. Precise Discharge Size Control

One of the key features of the CC1380 is its precise control over the discharge size. The minimum discharge size varies among the different cavity types. In the C cavity, the minimum discharge size is 19mm. For the M cavity, it is 16mm, providing a finer output compared to the C cavity. The F cavity has a minimum discharge size of 13mm, and the EF cavity can achieve an even smaller minimum discharge size of 8mm. This precise control enables operators to produce crushed materials with specific particle sizes, which is crucial in many industries such as construction, where the quality and size consistency of aggregates are essential for the production of high-quality concrete and other building materials.

III. Motor Power and Crushing Capacity

The CC1380 is powered by a motor with a power range of 185 - 220kw, ensuring sufficient power to drive the crushing process effectively. Regarding the crushing capacity, it varies depending on the cavity type and the closed side discharge opening size. For example, in the C cavity, when the closed side discharge opening reaches a certain size where the crushing capacity starts to be measurable, at an opening that corresponds to a crushing capacity of 200t/h (such as when the closed side discharge opening is at a specific value), and it increases as the opening gets larger, reaching up to 440t/h at larger sizes. In the M cavity, starting from a 16mm minimum discharge size, the capacity begins at 155t/h and changes accordingly with different discharge opening sizes. Similar variations can be seen in the F and EF cavities based on their respective discharge opening sizes. This variability in crushing capacity makes the CC1380 adaptable to different production demands, whether it's for medium-sized or larger-scale operations.
