Equipped with a 750 kW (1,000 hp) motor, it provides strong power for the stable operation of the crusher, ensuring effective crushing of materials under various working conditions.
Closed Side Setting (CSS) Range: 13 - 70 mm (1 - 3 inches). Users can adjust flexibly within this range according to the actual production requirements for product particle size to obtain the desired crushing effect.
Eccentric Throw Range: 24 - 70 mm (1 - 3 inches). The reasonable eccentric throw design ensures the even distribution of impact force and crushing force during the crushing process, which helps to improve the crushing efficiency and product quality.
Mantles (Inner Liners): There are various types such as A, B, HC, EF, OB, FF.
Concaves (Outer Liners): Including EC, C, MC, M, MF, F. The rich liner types provide users with diverse choices. They can be matched according to different material characteristics and crushing requirements to extend the service life of the liners and improve the crushing effect.
Number of Crushing Chambers: There are 4 crushing chambers in total. The reasonable design of the crushing chambers helps to improve the crushing efficiency and uniformity of materials.

Automation (ACS), Electric Dump Valve, Lubrication Tank, Tank Instrument Monitoring System, and Offline Lubrication Filtration Unit are all included as standard equipment. The ACS system can automatically adapt to changes in feed conditions, ensuring the crusher always operates efficiently. Users can also easily cope with changes in production by selecting the appropriate crushing chamber and eccentric throw to meet different production requirements.
EC (Extra Coarse) Crushing Chamber: It is suitable for occasions where the product particle size requirement is relatively coarse. It can quickly break large pieces of materials into smaller particles and improve production efficiency.
C (Coarse) Crushing Chamber: The product particle size produced by this chamber is finer than that of the EC crushing chamber and is suitable for situations where materials need to be further refined but the particle size requirement is not extremely fine.
MC (Medium Coarse) Crushing Chamber: It provides a transition option between coarse and medium crushing, meeting specific production process requirements.
M (Medium) Crushing Chamber: It can obtain medium-sized product particles and is suitable for production scenarios with certain requirements for product particle size.
