Case stories

1000TPH Stone Production Line of Shangtong CO. Ltd.

After many times site inspection material hardness and compressive strength testing and overall recognition of demanding finished material size and output Xinxiang Zhongyu Dingli lastly designed this 1000t/h fine aggregates line.

300TPH Stone Crushing Line for Sand Production

It’s seen from the picture the vehicles are transporting the finished materials away from the site. All the roads of the mining area have been hardened so as to protect the production environment.

Sand Production Line in Sanyuan Shaanxi

The ZSJ dual rotor sand making machine independently projected and developed by Xinxiang Dingli has integrated the internally advanced technology in the global manufacturing industry and obtained many patent inventions.

CS160B Cone Crusher: Unraveling the Working Mechanism

Core Components and Setup

The CS160B cone crusher comprises several essential parts. It has a moving cone and a fixed cone that form the crucial crushing chamber. The main shaft, which is connected to the moving cone, is a central element. The crusher also includes a drive system, a frame for structural support, and auxiliary systems like lubrication and hydraulic mechanisms. These components work in harmony to initiate and sustain the crushing process.

Crushing Process Initiation

When the crusher is powered on, the electric motor drives the transmission system. This includes components such as belts, pulleys, and gears. The power is transmitted to the eccentric sleeve. As the eccentric sleeve rotates, it imparts an eccentric motion to the main shaft. This causes the moving cone to start its orbital movement. The moving cone's surface then begins to approach and recede from the surface of the fixed cone in a rhythmic manner.

Material Crushing Dynamics

The material to be crushed is fed into the top of the crushing chamber through the feed opening. As the moving cone swings, the material is trapped between the moving and fixed cones. It experiences a combination of forces. The compressive force exerted by the cones is the primary factor in breaking the material. The material is continuously squeezed, crushed, and sheared as the moving cone's motion continues. This repetitive action gradually reduces the size of the material particles.

Size Control and Output

The size of the discharge opening, which can be adjusted, determines the final size of the crushed material. For the CS160B, in the fine type, the adjustable discharge size range is 13 - 31mm, in the medium type it's 16 - 38mm, and in the coarse type it's 19 - 51mm. The crushed material that has reached the desired size passes through the discharge opening at the bottom of the crushing chamber and is collected for further processing or use. The continuous rotation of the moving cone and the consistent feed of material ensure a steady stream of crushed output.
