It is seen this production line adopts centralized construction by using the dry sand making equipment of Zhongyu Dingli. In the sign board on the production site it clearly indicates the components of the equipment and operation process.
This 300t/h production line basically configured with PCZ1512 heavy hammer crusher ZG1238 vibrating feeder 2YK1860 vibrating screen*3 sets.
This whole aggregates production line adopts modular assembly mode. Each steel structure is assembled in the workshop before its delivery to the production site which saves a lot of time required for assembly.
The CH420 cone crusher is equipped with a hydraulically supported main shaft that is supported at both ends, ensuring stable operation.
