*Note: The processing capacity of the CH420 cone crusher may vary with different materials and feeding sizes.
This 1400tph production line is configured with 3 sets of vibrating screen running side by side the efficiency of which is 50% higher than that of combined screening of two screens.
In this production line we get to know that the bulk material should be firstly crushed by crusher for large size finished material and then it is crushed into smaller ones for little stones.
Only configured with a heavy hammer crusher and four vibrating screens, this production line can produce six types of finished materials. Moreover the final products have sound grain shape
The CH420 cone crusher stands out in various crushing operations with its advanced technology and sophisticated design. Its main shaft, hydraulically supported at both ends, lays a solid foundation for the stable operation of the equipment.
Hydroset™ System: It has dual functions of safety protection and setting adjustment. During operation, it monitors the equipment status in real - time. In case of an anomaly, it quickly activates the safety mechanism to protect the equipment. At the same time, it can accurately adjust the crusher parameters according to production requirements, ensuring that the crushing effect is always in an optimal state.
ASRi™ System: This system can automatically adapt to changes in feed conditions. Whether it's changes in material particle size, humidity, or hardness, it can make timely adjustments to keep the crusher operating efficiently, improving production efficiency and product quality stability.
Unibody Mainframe: The unibody design enhances the overall strength of the equipment, reduces the connection gaps between components, lowers the probability of malfunctions, and simplifies maintenance, effectively reducing maintenance costs.
Lifting from Above: The unique top - lifting design allows operators to easily operate through the top - lifting device during equipment maintenance and repair, avoiding the risks of complex operations at the bottom or side of the equipment, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance work.
Excellent Versatility: Equipped with a variety of crushing chambers with different feed acceptance specifications, it can adapt to various materials and production requirements. Whether it's processing coarse - grained materials or pursuing fine crushing, the appropriate crushing chamber can be selected to achieve the goal.
Automation (ASRi): The automation system (ASRi) is an optional configuration. Users can choose whether to add this function according to their own production automation requirements to achieve more intelligent and efficient production management.
Lubrication Tank: As a standard configuration, it provides good lubrication for all moving parts of the equipment, reducing component wear and extending the service life of the equipment.
Offline Lubrication Filtration Unit: This unit is an optional configuration. Equipping it can further improve the cleanliness of the lubricating oil, ensure the stable operation of the lubrication system, and reduce the risk of equipment failures due to lubrication problems.
Nominal Capacity: 23 - 135 metric tons per hour (25 - 149 short tons per hour). It can meet the needs of production operations of different scales. Whether it's a small - scale quarry or an auxiliary crushing link in a large - scale mine, it can efficiently process materials.
Max. Feed Size: 155.0 mm (6.1 inches). It can directly process larger - sized materials, reducing the workload of material pretreatment and improving the overall production efficiency.
Motor Power: 90 kW (121 hp). It provides stable and powerful power for the crusher, ensuring the smooth completion of the crushing task under various working conditions.
Closed Side Setting (CSS) Range: 4.0 - 35.0 mm (0.2 - 1.4 inches). Users can flexibly adjust according to product particle size requirements to obtain an ideal particle size distribution.
Eccentric Throw Range: 13.0 - 28.0 mm (0.5 - 1.1 inches). Reasonably adjusting the eccentric throw can optimize the impact force and crushing effect during the crushing process, meeting the crushing needs of different materials.
Mantles (Inner Liners): There are various types such as A, B, FlexiFeed, B, EF, HC. Different types of liners are suitable for materials with different hardness and characteristics. Users can choose according to their needs to extend the service life of the liners and improve the crushing efficiency.
Concaves (Outer Liners): There are multiple options including EC, C, M, MF, F, EF. Matching with the mantles, it provides users with a rich combination to adapt to complex crushing tasks.
Number of Chambers: There are a total of 6 crushing chambers. The rich choices enable the crusher to flexibly adjust the crushing process according to production needs, meeting diverse production requirements.
Weight: 6,130 kg (13,515 lb). While ensuring the stability and strength of the equipment, its relatively light weight facilitates transportation and installation.
EC (Extra Coarse) Crushing Chamber: Suitable for occasions where the product particle size requirement is relatively coarse. It can quickly break large pieces of materials into smaller particles and is often used in the primary crushing stage to improve production efficiency.
C (Coarse) Crushing Chamber: The product particle size is relatively finer than that of the EC crushing chamber. It is suitable for initially refining materials when a very fine particle size is not required.
M (Medium) Crushing Chamber: It can obtain medium - sized product particles and is suitable for production scenarios where there are certain requirements for product particle size, between coarse and fine crushing.
MF (Medium Fine) Crushing Chamber: The product particle size is finer than that of the M crushing chamber. It is suitable for occasions where there are higher requirements for product particle size and further refining of materials is needed.
F (Fine) Crushing Chamber: It can produce relatively fine products and is suitable for fine crushing operations with strict requirements for product particle size.
EF (Extra Fine) Crushing Chamber: Suitable for special production scenarios with extremely high requirements for product particle size, capable of producing extremely fine product particles.
