Feed Size: Its maximum feed size can reach 350 mm (14 inches), which can accommodate larger - sized raw materials and reduce the workload of the pretreatment process.

Motor Power: Equipped with a 600 kW (805 hp) motor, it provides strong power for the stable operation of the crusher.

Key Crushing Parameters

Closed Side Setting (CSS) Range: The CSS range is 10 - 70 mm (0 - 3 inches). Users can flexibly adjust within this range according to actual production needs to obtain the desired product particle size.

Eccentric Throw Range: The Eccentric Throw range is 32 - 80 mm (1 - 3 inches). A reasonable eccentric throw design ensures that the impact force and crushing force are evenly distributed during the crushing process, which is beneficial to improving the crushing efficiency and product quality.

Available Crushing Chamber Types

MC (Medium Coarse) Crushing Chamber: It provides a transition option between coarse and medium crushing, meeting specific production process requirements.

M (Medium) Crushing Chamber: Can obtain medium - sized product particles, suitable for some production scenarios with certain requirements for product particle size.

MF (Medium Fine) Crushing Chamber: The product particle size produced is finer than that of the medium crushing chamber, which can meet the occasions with higher requirements for product particle size.

F (Fine) Crushing Chamber: Can produce relatively fine products, meeting the needs of fine crushing.
