*Note: The processing capacity of the CH870i cone crusher may vary with different materials and feeding sizes.
This production line added water to reduce powder pollution and have a green production environment.
Although there are only several sets of mining equipment adopted in this production line the capacity can reach 300 ton per hour. It mainly lies in Dingli’s PCZ 1512 heavy hammer crusher with the hourly capacity of 320 ton.
It’s seen the crusher is installed below the silo; the aggregates are fed into the crusher in a convenient and efficient manner. The corresponding motor equipped ensures equipment to operate according to rated power with low consumption.
The CH870i cone crusher holds a significant position in the crushing operations of mines and large quarries. The following is a detailed introduction to its product data.
Processing Capacity: The crusher has a nominal capacity ranging from 208 - 1,370 metric tons per hour (229 - 1,510 short tons per hour), enabling it to efficiently handle a large amount of materials and meet the needs of large - scale production.
Feed Size: Its maximum feed size can reach 350 mm (14 inches), which can accommodate larger - sized raw materials and reduce the workload of the pretreatment process.
Motor Power: Equipped with a 600 kW (805 hp) motor, it provides strong power for the stable operation of the crusher.
Closed Side Setting (CSS) Range: The CSS range is 10 - 70 mm (0 - 3 inches). Users can flexibly adjust within this range according to actual production needs to obtain the desired product particle size.
Eccentric Throw Range: The Eccentric Throw range is 32 - 80 mm (1 - 3 inches). A reasonable eccentric throw design ensures that the impact force and crushing force are evenly distributed during the crushing process, which is beneficial to improving the crushing efficiency and product quality.
Mantles (Inner Liners): The Mantles are of types A, B, EF, OB, FF.
Concaves (Outer Liners): The Concaves include EC, C, MC, M, MF, F, EF, HR* (HR stands for High Reduction and is only available through the aftermarket). The rich variety of liner types provides users with diversified choices. They can be matched according to different material characteristics and crushing requirements to extend the service life of the liners and improve the crushing effect.
Number of Crushing Chambers: This crusher has a total of 8 crushing chambers. The reasonable design of the crushing chambers helps to improve the crushing efficiency and uniformity of materials.
Equipment Weight: The equipment weighs approximately 72,028 kg (158,795 lb), which ensures the stability and strength of the equipment while also facilitating its transportation and installation.
Automation and Components: Automation (ACS), Electric Dump Valve, Lubrication Tank, Tank Instrument Monitoring System, and Offline Lubrication Filtration Unit are all included in the equipment. Among them, the ACS system can automatically adapt to changes in feed conditions, ensuring that the crusher always operates efficiently. Users can also easily respond to production changes by selecting the appropriate crushing chamber and eccentric throw to meet different production requirements.
EC (Extra Coarse) Crushing Chamber: Suitable for occasions where the product particle size requirement is relatively coarse. It can quickly break large pieces of materials into smaller particles, improving production efficiency.
C (Coarse) Crushing Chamber: The product particle size produced by this chamber is relatively finer than that of the EC crushing chamber. It is a good choice when the materials need to be further refined, but extremely fine particle size is not required.
MC (Medium Coarse) Crushing Chamber: It provides a transition option between coarse and medium crushing, meeting specific production process requirements.
M (Medium) Crushing Chamber: Can obtain medium - sized product particles, suitable for some production scenarios with certain requirements for product particle size.
MF (Medium Fine) Crushing Chamber: The product particle size produced is finer than that of the medium crushing chamber, which can meet the occasions with higher requirements for product particle size.
F (Fine) Crushing Chamber: Can produce relatively fine products, meeting the needs of fine crushing.
EF (Extra Fine) Crushing Chamber: Suitable for special production scenarios with extremely high requirements for product particle size.
