The Southwest China keeps as one of our main markets in China due to its special landscape. Against the backdrop that China tightens national environmental protection policy year by year.
At the production site it is seen two sets of crusher are configured in this production line respectively for primary crushing and secondary crushing in order to obtain the finally finished material.
In order to further improve the construction process we decide to build a gravel aggregates production line along the railway.
The CSB400 is engineered to handle large volumes of material. With a maximum production capacity ranging from 381 - 726 tons/hour in one configuration, and up to 870 - 1400 tons/hour in another, it can efficiently process significant amounts of feedstock. The adjustable discharge ports, which vary from 19 - 38mm, 25 - 51mm, and 31 - 64mm depending on the setup, allow for precise control over the output particle size, ensuring the crusher can meet diverse production requirements.

The crusher offers multiple feed opening sizes, such as 253mm (closed side) and 278mm (open side), 303mm (closed) and 334mm (open), and 334mm (closed) and 369mm (open). These various feed options, combined with the adjustable discharge ports, provide the flexibility to process different sizes of raw materials and produce the desired end products. Whether it's handling large chunks of ore or moderately sized rocks, the CSB400 can be adjusted to optimize the crushing process.
The CSB400 is compatible with a motor power range of 6 - 400kW. This wide power range allows it to adapt to different crushing tasks. For lighter crushing duties, a lower power setting can be used to conserve energy, while for tougher materials or higher production demands, the full power of 400kW can be harnessed. This efficient power utilization makes it suitable for a variety of industrial scenarios where energy consumption and productivity need to be balanced.
