The wear parts of the E-SMG series cone crushers cover several key components, as follows:
Mantle: As an important part that directly contacts the material and participates in the crushing process, it will gradually wear out during long-term crushing operations.
Concave: It is also a key part of the crushing chamber and works in conjunction with the mantle. Its wear condition also directly affects the performance and crushing effect of the crusher.
Feed Cone: It plays a role in guiding and preliminarily processing the material before it enters the crushing chamber and will also experience wear after long-term use.
Main Frame Liner: It protects the main frame and prevents the material from damaging the main frame during the crushing process. It will gradually wear out during the operation.
Feed Cone Guard: It can protect the feed cone from external interference and additional wear and ensure its normal operation.
Rib Plate: It plays a role in strengthening and protecting and is of great significance for maintaining the structural integrity of related parts and reducing wear.
Wear Part Fastening: Although it is not a part directly involved in crushing, it is related to the stability of all wear parts. If there is a problem with the fastening, it may lead to abnormal wear or even detachment of the wear parts and affect the normal operation of the crusher.
